Life Lessons to Share with You

One of the most important lessons I've learned is that healthy eating is about making conscious choices that nourish your body and soul. It's about finding joy in food and understanding how it fuels your energy and well-being. It's also about enjoying the process of cooking and sharing meals with loved ones.

Something else to share with You

Exercise and Well-being:

I truly find making time for exercise, whether walking, swimming, or dance,  pickleball, golf, and even tennis, can make you feel so good inside and out, especially in those long winter months. Of course choose your favourite that fits your lifestyle. 

Lastly: doing things outside your comfort zone. This can be taking new courses, re-introducing yourself to yesterday's hobbies, joining clubs, and so much more.

The brighter the better

My advice for healthy eating after 60 is simple: choose the brightest fruits and vegetables you can find! I found that the brighter the fruits and vegetables the better choices I made when putting food into my body. This simple trick helped me stay on track and enjoy a more nutritious diet.
